Participation promo for all players. Additional Promos to top 8 and winner. Regional Championship qualification for the winner of the RCQ event. 1 pin will be given out to the top 8 only. $25 per participant will be added to the prize pool to be paid to top 8 in store credit, $5 per person being paid to judge.
