Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The Arcanum Sanctorum accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase or delivery with a valid receipt.

Items must be unused, unopened when applicable, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: sealed trading card game (TCG) products, trading card singles, opened products, clearance items, special orders, event entries, and items marked as final sale.

For mailed returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact customerservice@arcanumsanctorum.com before mailing any merchandise so we can approve the return and provide instructions.

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. For sealed products with missing or damaged components that are handled directly by the manufacturer, we may ask you to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts or support. We are happy to help you locate the appropriate manufacturer or support contact.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when applicable.
